Who is the authority for the following which was taught by the Rabbis: If one is unaware of both,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., of the Sabbath and that this labour is forbidden on the Sabbath. ');">²¹</span> he is the erring sinner mentioned in the Torah;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' He certainly falls within this category.
